About Me

Hi, I'm Theresa Caruso, but everyone calls me Tee! It was during my first year in College that I decided to become a Personal Trainer. The strenuous curriculum that I had picked was draining me of energy and causing me stress. Then in one of my classes I learned all of the benefits of being physically fit. Here it is....

The Importance of Physical Fitness: A person who is fit is capable of living life to its fullest extent. Physical and mental fitness play very important roles in your lives and people who are both, physically and mentally fit are less prone to medical conditions as well.

Also: Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.

I knew instantly that to get in shape was the answer to my problem. I signed up to a gym and started getting myself in shape. In just over a week I started to feel stronger, better about myself and was able to cope with my new college lifestyle with no problems at all. It wasn't too long into my trips to the gym that I found out I really liked getting in shape and that doing this as a career was the road I wanted to take. So along with my college studies I also studied to become an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and the rest is history. I am now a Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach and very proud to say that I am responsible for helping people, on a daily basis, to achieve a Happy and Healthy Lifestyle through the implementation of the right Training Plan and Nutrition Coaching. I'm ready to help you too!

First thing you need to do is set your self a goal. We are all unique and get different  results. The most important criteria to reaching your goals is that you really have to want to do it. Once you are able to commit yourself to wanting a Happier and Healthier Lifestyle, half the battle is won!
